"When you love what you do then you never feel like you're working a day in your life". Mondai has worked continually with some aspect of homes and building design since 1994 when she graduated from Tennessee with both architectural and interior design degrees. She has worked at top corporate design companies for 13 years, starting as an intern while in college. She began her 2nd career in real estate in 2004 and became "Rookie of the Year 2005" for best office production in her first year. She joined a business partnership with S4 managing partner Kevin Craig in 2004 and has worked with him since.

Mondai has maintained the Multi-million Dollar Producer Award with the South East Association of Realtors by loving what she does. She has used her background of project management and focus on customer service to successfully help buyers, sellers, and investors with all their real estate needs. Mondai strives to provide each client with the best real estate experience as possible throughout the process. Mondai specializes in luxury homes, new homes consultant, move-up home buyers, 1st time home buyers, relocation purchases, investor purchases/ fix and flips, and vacation rentals.
